Shipping: KIN-TEK Laboratories, Inc. F.O.B. shipping
point, our factory, La Marque, Texas.
Inspect shipments upon receipt and report any descrepencies or damage to us immediately. Damaged shipments must remain with the original packaging for freight company inspection.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior
authorization. Contact Sales for a return material
authorization (RMA) number and forwarding
instructions. Returned material will be subject to a restocking
charge of 20%. Special orders can not be returned.
Warranty: All KIN-TEK instrumentation carry a
one-year limited warranty. If you
are experiencing any problems with your instrument contact
Sales/Service. A representative will troubleshoot the
problem and will issue a return RMA number for
service, if needed.
