Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Contact Sales for a return material authorization (RMA) number and forwarding instructions. Inspect shipments upon receipt and report any descrepencies or damage to us immediately. Damaged shipments must remain with the original packaging for freight company inspection. Returned material will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Special orders can not be returned. Call on us the next time you need specialized services concerning trace level gas standards and gas standard generators. Our friendly and knowledgeable representatives will answer your questions and assist you with placing your order for any of the following services.

Warranty: All KIN-TEK instrumentation carry a one-year limited warranty. If you are experiencing any problems with your instrument contact Sales/Service and a representative will troubleshoot the problem and issue a return RMA number for service, if needed.
